This is a declaration that the information provided by the client(s) will NOT be disclosed to anyone outside of this contractual agreement.
All the information presented within this document is under the strictest confidence between both parties of S6G and the client(s). The client(s,) by signing is declaring that they will NOT disclose any of the information presented to any outside party.
S6G are committed to protecting your privacy. S6G will only use information gathered from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
There are only two reasons S6G will need to collect information from you the client(s). The first is to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service S6G can offer.
Information S6G will need to collect from the client(s): name / company name, address, phone number(s), and e-mail address.
The information S6G holds will be accurate and up to date. To check information that we currently hold on you, you can find out by simply emailing us. Any inaccuracies you may find we will delete or correct them as soon as possible.
Any personal information kept by S6G, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.
Non-disclosure
The client(s) and S6G agree to the nondisclosure of information presented by both parties.
All information presented to and from S6G is subject to all applicable privacy laws, including, but not limited to the Data Protection Act 1998. It is the client(s)’ responsibility and duty to ensure that all information passed on to S6G is wholey accurate and complete and not subject to any case of identity fraud. Should any such circumstance arise, then any possibly ensuing legal ramifications shall be the sole responsibility of the client(s) as such the duty of relevant authorities to investigate further.
